This 3D model and the textures are copyright by Fragdieb. It was build using Zanoza ZModeler. Some parts in this car were originally designed for my first Neural, so some of you might recognize them. You are allowed to host it on your site if you keep me informed about that. Any modifications of this car that are made acessible to public need my permission.
Installation and use of this GTA: VC modification happen at your own risk, I cannot be held responsible for any damages to your computer or to you. Some textures very originally created by Diki, used with permission.
The Neural "N" badge is based on a suggestion by Azz.

+[Layer 07 - creators comments]
After creating the rather big and heavy first Neural, I thought it would be time to do something even more light, radical and extraterrestrial. As it's probably my last car for Vice City, it had to be something special, so the detail level I tried to create reached a new peak. This is basically what a fusion of a kit car, a spacecraft, a buggy and a supercar engine could look like. I hope you enjoy driving it as much as I do, just keep away from curbstones and other stuff which is higher than 1". See ya in San Andreas,
  Fragdieb
