Fist thing's first:

I did not make this car. I am in no way taking credit for making it.
All of the credit goes to minimali5tix. I only added a Vice City compatable
reflection.

You will not have the same tread on your tires, like on
the screenshot.

Installation:

1.you need the img program. Download it,and install it.

2.Make sure your whole Vice City installation directory has
the "read only" property removed.

3. Open GTA3.img with the img program.

4. Make backups for the car that this replaces. In this case, the
stretch.(I suggest extracting the original stretch files to a backup
folder)

5. After you make the backups, open txd.img with the img tool, and
find stretch.txd. Delete it, and add the stretch.txd from the zip
file that you downloaded.

6. Open GTA3.img with the img tool. Find stretch.dff.Make a backup, Then Delete it,
and add the stretch.dff file from the zip file.

7.After making a backup of your carcols.dat file, replace the
stretch line with this:
stretch, 71,75, 6,75, 3,75, 10,75, 4,75, 41,75

8. After making a backup of your handling.cfg, replace the stretch line with this:
STRETCH 2800.0	2.40	5.70	2.20	0.00	0.00	-0.15	80	0.92	0.78	0.50	5	280.00	35.00	4	P	8.17	0.50	0	30.00	1.50	0.10	0.28	0.25	99000	0.35	-0.35	0.50	0.00	5104103	1	1

9.After making a backup of your default.ide, replace the stretch line with this:
139,	stretch,	stretch,	car,	STRETCH,	STRETCH,	null,	ignore,	10,	7,	0,	238,	0.950000

That's it.
