Usage
============================================================================
1) Choose device, choose game version, and modify options

2) Choose event, force types, and modify settings then test
each force to ensure they are working

(Note: If you are using a PSX Gamepad connected to parallel
port, you must check 'Console Pad Trick' and turn on emulation
to test a force, sometimes you have to toggle it on/off a
 couple times) - PSXPad.com drivers
*using 'Console Pad Trick' while play is not recommended


3) Start Vice City then press F6 to enable emulation

4) You can safely Alt-Tab from Vice City and change settings
 at any time 

5) You can press F5 to disable emulation
6) Buttons F7 & F8 test forces
