Installation
============================================================================
Unzip all contents to any folder you wish.

If the program fails to run then you might need the Visual Basic 6 runtimes
available from Microsoft.

If the Camera Hack causes the game to crash and you are sure the right
version is selected then you need to update your "gta-vc.exe" file to one 
that is compatible.

Notes

* To restore all defaults, close camhack, then delete the config.ini file

* Default settings are suggested for any newbies

* Default HotKeys are;
  Numpad * = Enable
  Numpad / = Disable
  Numpad 8 = Move Up (Z-Axis)
  Numpad 2 = Move Down (Z-Axis)
  Numpad 4 = Rotate Clock-Wise
  Numpad 6 = Rotate Counter-Clock-Wise
  Numpad 3 = Extend Arm
  Numpad 1 = Retract Arm
  Numpad + = Zoom In
  Numpad - = Zoom Out
  Numpad 0 = Mouse-Look in car

* Zoom In/Out are only used if 'Also adjust Zoom' is checked

* To get to the new in car views you must cycle through all the normal views at
  least once.

* To rotate the arm must be extended a good amount

* To change from MPH to KMH or other options, right-click "Show Speedometer" 
  checkbox

* All new views were made specifically for the original Vice City vehicles,
  if you have non-original vehicles some adjustments may be required.

* Make sure you know what version of Vice City you are running and check the
  box correctly, if you fail to do this you will crash your game and will be
  greeted by an exception error

Usage

1) Run Trainer/Hack

2) Edit options if needed (defaults suggested)

3) Start Vice City then press * (numpad multiply) to enable new cameras

4) You can safely Alt-Tab from Vice City and change settings
 at any time 

5) You can press / (numpad divide) to disable new cameras and return to defaults

Known Bugs
============================================================================
* May not work properly on Win 9x/ME
* Glitch when jumping out of a car while its tumbling? (just re-enable)
* Mouse-Look is a little buggy
* Drivers hands tend to flicker while driving
* Bugs with helicopters (i gave up there)
* Does not work properly on foot when 'Classic Controls' are used; some
  adjustments or option changes are required
* Some cars might have been missed during the 'pre-configuring' process;
  you will have to manually correct these
* Bug when trying to change your view on 'RC Vehicles' missions
* External views only look proper if on level ground
