This car - my "scratch-made" work.

Installation.

I recommend to use manual installation! Having opened it gta3.img (is in a folder models in the catalogue with game), with IMG Tool 2.0
Use command "FIND" to find and remove files rdtrain.dff  rdtrain.txd and command "ADD" insert files from archive.

Further we open with "Notebook" a file handling.cfg (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line:

Further we open with "Notebook" a file vehicles.ide (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line:

Further we open with "Notebook" a file carcols.dat (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line:

Also I recommended replace this lines, and add more brightest colours (some colours by me, some by SPC):
