Sanlun - 10/15cwt (500/800kg) 3 Wheel Chinese Truck

This is a nice scratch built model of a 3 wheel
pick-up truck that is widely used in China and
the Far East. Unfortunately there was no Readme
file or instructions with this vehicle Mod.
Hopefully we'll see more from Chinese GTA
Modders in the near future.
Just to give you a rough estimate of it's size
in-game, it is a nose larger than the Mule.

Cheers to BFBsnow for information on the author

Tools You May Need:
IMG Tool v1.3 or
IMG v1.0
etc

Instructions:

1.
Open your GTA3.img file and extract the vehicle DFF & TXD
that you will be replacing. The Walton is a good choice.
After saving the DFF & TXD to a folder on your hard drive
you can delete these two files from your GTA3.img file.
Now add the Walton DFF & TXD from the MOD folder of this
Mod. Remember to Rebuild the Archive using IMG Tool.

2.
Handling entry for the standard Walton works fine and there
is no Carcol entry changes needed. As this Mod uses the
DMagic1 wheel Mod change the Walton Default.ide entry to
the following:

208, walton, walton, car, WALTON, WALTON, null,	worker, 10, 7,	0, 249, 0.8

NOTE:
The Col file that came with this Mod doesn't fit the
vehicle very well and you'd be better off with the
standard Walton one.
The wheels suffers from slight wheel lift at the
front. This is, I think, caused by the wrong
implementation of DMagic1's ZModeler Mod and could
be easily fixed. Rear tyre size of the real vehicle
is 6.50/7.00x16, pretty substantial tyres, while the
front is just 5.00x14.

The Chinese manufacturers of the WZA0 series are the
Shandong Wuzheng (Group) Co. Ltd of Rizhao, Shandong
Province. They make many variants of these little
trucks, from single seater lightweights to crew type
cab heavyweights and offer a variety of engine sizes
and types. The one built for Vice City has the
'Northeast King' type drivers cabin.

It's good to see Chinese GTA Modders in the melting pot
at long last. There are very few Mods from China though
it's early days yet. Russia used to have very little
GTA activity and now they produce some of the best Mods
out there. Hopefully China will follow suite.
On the subject of the Far East there is quite a GTA
following in Japan these days and it's worth searching
out GTA sites for an insight into the budding Japanese
Modding scene.
